- DMDeborah marie Mence-MooreFeb 18, 20234.0I've been using this post office on regular occasions for 5 years &I've never been displeased with politeness good services from all counter &some other staff in there they are kind amicable helpful with some advices polite even when very busy sometimes there are of coarse queues thats not the staffs fault they have lots to do most of times taking in parcels dealing with post accounting office calls customer services when queues are on some days so much busier than others they keep check on everything thats needed to keep this sevice serving &customers served thank you all staff at swingate lane post office 💪🙏😊👍⭐

Why did my Post Office refuse to issue change?
If you’ve registered for the Change Giving service, you shouldn’t be refused change at your nominated Post Office branch.
You may have been refused if you’re not signed up to this service. If you’d like to do so, contact your bank directly to find out whether they offer the service and how to sign up.
If you’ve signed up but aren’t using your nominated branch, it’s at that branch’s discretion whether they have enough change available to fulfil your request.
